The Vinyl Vault

At The Vinyl Vault, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. This means each item is custom-created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Ordering errors made by the customer

• Custom Products 

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TheVinylVault2026@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Rules For Damaged or Defective Items

- Returns Excepted for 7 Days if idem is Damaged

- Customer Provides Shipping Fees

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
